Service Agreement
By submitting a contact request or calling Prime Appliance Repair LLC, you agree to the following terms.
Service Calls & Diagnosis
A diagnosis fee applies for on-site service calls. This fee is applied toward the cost of repair if you choose to proceed with the repair. If you decide not to proceed after diagnosis, the diagnosis fee is due at the time of service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of repair work. We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment arrangements must be agreed upon before work begins.
Warranty
All repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty on both parts and labor. If a repaired component fails within 30 days under normal use, we will return and repair it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by improper use or abuse
- Problems that existed prior to our repair
- Separate issues unrelated to our original repair
Parts
We use quality replacement parts. Manufacturer warranties on parts, if any, are passed through to you. We will always discuss part options and pricing before ordering any parts for your repair.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time slot to another customer.
Limitation of Liability
Prime Appliance Repair LLC's liability is limited to the value of the repair services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Estimates
Quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates only. Final pricing is determined after on-site diagnosis, as actual repair needs may differ from initial descriptions.
